Umar Krupp, producer of award-winning movie ‘Accra Hustlers’ is back again with another film titled AMA. The movie is an epic one that centers on human trafficking, torture, violence and all sorts of inhuman activities in our world today.

AMA is an interesting movie with a captivating storyline that seeks to educate and inform the general public on how people are exploited and abused. The movie further seeks to give guidance on how to resist and avoid any form of enslavement and abuse.

The epic drama-filled movie which is directed by Kwame Kyei Baffour, features a host of Ghanaian actors and actresses ranging from Van Vicker, Moesha Budong, Fella Makafui, Jessica Williams, Umar Krupp, Vicky Zuga, Anthony Woode, Kwesi Blay, Habiba Sinare and many more.

As regards the concept of the highly anticipated movie, producer Umar Krupp had this to say; “It is full of breathtaking suspense, drama-filled and packaged with intense adventure, action and sensational in every aspect of a good film, which gives it a unique feature’.

It was refreshing to see Van Vicker back on set again after being away for a while now. In the movie, he played the role of the villain ‘Farouk’ and had this to say on one of his Instagram posts; “the story intrigued me and I plucked out Farouk as the character I would play, bad guy, hahaha”.

With that being said, it’s evident that renowned actor Van Vicker is as excited as we are in being a part of this hit maker movie. For a while now, he has been on and off in the movie scene with reasons that producers aren’t producing good movies. Well, I guess he found AMA worthy enough, hence his acceptance to star in the film.

Umar Krupp has assured that the movie would hit the cinema next year and would premier in Accra, Kumasi, Cape Coast, Tamale, Takoradi, and Sunyani.
